There isn’t anyone around you. You are all alone, alone in your misery. No one to share the happiness because you think there is none.
You think you need someone or you know that you do. You don’t think you are good enough for yourself. How can you be good for anyone else then?
Being lonely is a mistery. Sometimes you apreaciate it, sometimes resent it. It depends. Varies. Sometimes you just want to block out all the negative emotions. Start fresh, from scratch. It might be better for you in the long run.
Block out the world. You don’t need that influence. Be you, despite them. Forget they even exist. You need to be enough for you first.
Go outside. Go for a walk in the middle of the night. Do you. Read. Listen to music. Write. Watch movies, shows or documentaries. Fulfill that emptiness you might feel when you need someone to accompany you.
When you heal yourself, when you figure out that you already have everything you need, that is when you will never be lonely again.
